Up to 12 months fixed term contract

This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte’s Public Affairs team, at a time when the profession’s regulatory environment has never had a higher profile.

As a leading business advisory firm, Deloitte recognises the important role of public affairs to influence our relationships with all stakeholders who impact the positioning and visibility of Deloitte.

The Public Affairs team work across all parts of the firm, and in particular our public policy team, brand and marketing, and risk.

We are currently seeking a head of public affairs for a maternity cover contract. This individual will help define and implement the firm’s public affairs strategy.

You will be an experienced Public Affairs professional who has worked within a managerial capacity.

You should be able to forge relationships at all levels, with the ability to engage and inspire confidence with stakeholders. You should be a flexible and adaptable team player, with experience of managing multiple projects at any one time. 

In house experience gained within a corporate/B2B or financial services environment would be highly desirable. You should have an excellent understanding of politics & parliamentary affairs and media management with a policy focus.
