Job Description
ELSPA, the association representing the UK Interactive Entertainment sector now has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, results orientated Public Affairs and Policy Officer.
The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of Parliamentary procedures and previous experience of making submissions to government consultations and participating in stakeholder working groups. With a strong understanding of the structures and policies of all the main political parties you will play an important part in maintaining our relationships with them. Educated to degree level you will be capable of writing high level reports and consultation submissions. With excellent analytical skills and political awareness you will undertake relevant research on policy issues affecting the interactive entertainment industry. Able to engage with policy makers within Whitehall, Westminster and the Devolved Assemblies you will actively promote ELSPA throughout a range of public affairs campaigns and at political conferences and meetings. This is an ideal role for an ambitious, self motivated individual who thrives in a small but dedicated team environment.
