Influencing public policy, improving later life

Influence the reform of care and support at a time where far reaching change is on the agenda, working as one half of our two-strong care team.

Age UK is the new national charity formed by the merger of Age Concern and Help the Aged. Our ambitions are huge - we aim to re-shape our ageing society, so that later life is a time of security and opportunity for all. To succeed, our new Public Policy department aims to become a leader in evidence-based influencing and policy innovation.

We are seeking exceptional policy professionals to shape the new department and define our influencing agenda. If you can bring a mix of expert policy analysis, high-impact influencing and creative thinking we want to hear from you.

Policy Advisers should have strong experience of policy and advocacy, with the potential to become influential experts in their field.

35 hrs per week.
