Crohn’s and Colitis UK is the leading UK charity supporting people living with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD). These conditions affect 240,000 people in the UK.

We are expanding our Public Affairs profile and are looking to recruit our first Public Affairs Officer to support this important and growing area of work, taking our policy messages to politicians and key policy makers throughout the UK.

Decideum, a leading national Public Affairs agency, has adopted NACC as their charity for the year and is offering to mentor the post holder. This creates an exciting and unique opportunity for someone seeking to develop a rewarding career in Public Affairs while working to influence improvements in services for people affected by Crohn’s or Colitis.

This is a one-year developmental post in the first instance, but may lead to future opportunities to contribute to Crohn’s and Colitis UK’s Public Affairs programme.
