Established in January 2002, PubAffairs is the premier network and leading resource for the public affairs, government relations, policy and communications industry.

The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

Come and meet Acting Lobbying Registrar for the Scottish Parliament, Dougie Wands, for a briefing session.

This meeting provides an opportunity for all public affairs practitioners to build a personal and organisational understanding of the compliance requirements of the Scottish Lobbying Register.

The majority of this session will be an interactive Q&A.

Breakfast will be available from 8.15am.

Founded in 1948, the CIPR is the professional body for public relations practitioners in the UK. The CIPR Public Affairs Group is a specialist sector group of the CIPR representing hundreds of professionals who have regular dealings with government or the institutions of government in its very widest sense. It facilitates networking among public affairs professionals and provides a forum for the exchange of information, ideas and best practice.
