The scheme is designed to help those new to the sector to gain important insight, knowledge and skills, whilst contributing to our exciting programme of projects and advocacy at the forefront of environmental policy development in the UK.
You will receive appropriate training to fulfil your role, including seminars from internal and external speakers concerning various aspects of working in the environment sector. To help support your development each assistant will be allocated a mentor.
