Westminster Advisers is looking for a motivated and politically interested intern to join our team by providing research and administrative support. We are a fast growing and award winning public affairs and strategic communications consultancy located in central London.
This is a valuable opportunity for a recent graduate seeking to start a career in public affairs and communications. It is an ideal role for someone who has a strong academic record, an instinct for excellent communication, and a demonstrable interest in current affairs and business. You will enjoy being part of a busy team and will show enthusiasm and initiative.
This is a full time position for a three-month period, ideally starting in January. We pay our interns the London Living Wage, currently £9.75 an hour.
Core requirements for the role will be:
- Monitoring political and policy developments;
- Drafting briefings and biographies;
- Researching issues, people and sectors for new business opportunities;
- Assisting with event organisation and other administrative support.
