Established in January 2002, PubAffairs is the premier network and leading resource for the public affairs, government relations, policy and communications industry.

The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

Bond is the UK membership body for organisations working in international development. 2016 is a crucial year for development and we have exciting new plans for supporting our members.

The Policy and Campaigns Trainee will work closely with members of the Policy and Campaigns Team to help deliver a range of policy, campaigns and advocacy activities and contribute to the smooth running of the team.

Tasks include supporting the delivery of our campaigns and public engagement work, including our work making the case for aid and building public support, as well as contributing to our policy and public affairs work including aid quantity and quality and the SDGs. In particular this role works closely with public affairs colleagues to monitor the latest political developments in the UK and beyond and help support the building of effective relationships with key decisions makers. You’ll play your role in supporting a high-performing team with strong internal and external relationships and ways of working.
