To be considered, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following essential requirements:

  • A strong academic background with a very good degree in a relevant subject or equivalent (a MA would be a distinct advantage);
  • Demonstrable interest in politics and the public policy concerns of business;
  • Internship experience in a relevant policy/ political environment;
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to interact with senior leaders across the business and political world.
