Established in January 2002, PubAffairs is the premier network and leading resource for the public affairs, government relations, policy and communications industry.

The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

Our client is a leading industry service provider, providing a range of political services to the public affairs and associated sectors.

As a Consultant you will be tasked with providing an excellent service for a range of clients, and provide insightful political information to assist them towards their objectives.

A commercial role, you will be able to manage a host of client accounts, and ensure that targeted client contact plans are established and adhered to.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding political knowledge, and be at ease with navigating the Parliamentary system in the UK. You will be a competent communicator and be able to work with a sense of urgency to ensure that response times for enquiries are maintained.

You will have full time experience in at least one similar position within politics, public affairs or research.

A knowledge of the education/skills sector would be beneficial, though not essential.
