Our client is an industry and commerce business based in Cambridgeshire. They are looking for a Public Affairs Executive to join the team on a three month contract to assist the Public Affairs Manager with the below responsibilities.
About the role:
- Research and intelligence work on policy issues affecting the business;
- Stakeholder mapping and contact database upkeep;
- Supporting community engagement work;
- Production of stakeholder e-newsletter;
- Event support, including assistance with organisation of party conference activity.
About you:
- Educated to degree level of equivalent;
- Passion for politics and current affairs;
- Ideally experience in a communications role (perhaps a University placement or Internship);
- Clear and concise written manner;
- Well organised and a disciplined multi-tasker.
