Premier League teams may be struggling so far in the Champions League, but entertainment at home has provided for an exciting September of Fantasy Football. Despite only three Gameweeks during September due to an International Break, there were plenty of points on offer, as proven by joint Managers of the Month Seri Davies (Consultant – Gemini People) and Francis Mallinson (Public Affairs and Communications Consultant – Lexington), who totaled 178 points each.

Seri Davies’ excellent month sees her top of the table at the end of September with a total score of 361 points, narrowly ahead of Edward Simpson (Head of Government Affairs - FLA) and Josh Eldridge (Consultant – Political Intelligence) on 259 and 258 points respectively. Good captaincy choices from all three (Sanchez, Martial and Mata) ensured their elevated league positions at the end of the month.

Joint with Seri Davies as Manager of the Month was Francis Mallinson, who benefited from the sensational form of Payet and Mahrez, and Sanchez’s hattrick at the weekend, to secure top spot.

There is still time to join over 135 other practitioners in this year’s Competition. To take part, users must first register their team on the Premier League Fantasy Football website, and then join the league using code 617143-153982. Those who competed last year will be automatically re-added to their league when they register their team for this season.
