Electus are working with an exciting and growing planning and property agency that is looking to expand their offering into the Midlands region.
The position will involve building strong relationships with clients and leveraging exciting relationships within the business to deliver client projects.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Account Director will include developing new business opportunities to grow the business including working with other offices on joint tenders and client engagement strategies.
Managing the full life-cycle of client projects from inception through to acceptance including, strategy planning, key messaging, stakeholder engagement and team and events management.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Ability to engage with clients at a senior level and demonstrate credibility.
- Strong business development skills to help build a new business in the region.
- Experience in property and planning stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to plan and implement planning strategies on behalf of clients.
