This is a key role at the centre of a renowned company and knowledge of the healthcare sector would be a distinct advantage. It will offer the opportunity to develop and oversee UK wide public affairs activity:

• monitoring and analysing UK and EU policy
• identifying opportunities to influence policy development
• supporting in the creation of company responses
• delivering lobbying strategies and
• representing the company to, and building relations, with opinion formers and external stakeholders.

You’ll bring sound knowledge of parliamentary and/or public policy processes ideally gained in a public affairs or government relations role, an ability to digest and distill complex information into accessible messaging and copy, and first class written and presentation skills coupled with a track record of building relations with diverse stakeholders. Knowledge of the healthcare sector would be a plus.
