My client is a well regarded not-for-profit membership body, operating within the financial services sector who is looking to appoint a public affairs interim professional to lead their programmes and assist the development of a new public affairs strategy.

You will have knowledge of the financial services sector in addition to your extensive experience of Westminster and Whitehall to drive forward their already established programmes along with demonstrable experience of client or stakeholder management experience.

Working within a team of policy specialists you will be the conduit between these teams and Westminster and Brussels. You must have experience of delivering public affairs campaigns and proactive engagement across the UK, including the devolved nations and you can demonstrate your effective negotiation and influencing skills.

Internal communications of the public affairs developments will be key across the organisation.

A strong presentation and broad communications knowledge would be advantageous to qualify for this role.
