Account/Associate Director (Property & Planning) for the London offices of a well established and highly regarded specialist planning consultancy.
Role description
Due to expansion plans and new business wins our client is looking to hire someone to help lead the team into the next phase of their exciting growth strategy.
You will be responsible for leading a team of account managers and account executives, being the lead point of contact for their clients, being able to identify and win new business and deliver high quality work for a plethora of very high value and leading clients in the sector.
Who we're looking for
Account/Associate Director (Property & Planning) will have the following skills/attributes:
- An individual with experience of leading a team of other consultants (at Account Executive and Account Manager level);
- The ability to operate as an independent business unit - identifying and generating new business opportunities in order to meet team turnover targets;
- Experience of running public affairs campaigns at both local government and national level;
- Direct political experience, either as an elected member or party agent (desirable);
- Experience of working within the context of the planning system.
