We are working with our client to appoint an Account Manager level communications professional with a background and flair for public affairs.
The successful candidate will play a significant part in the day-to-day management of accounts, alongside developing new business opportunities and managing junior colleagues on accounts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to make the step up from Senior Account Executive, or make a lateral move from another agency.
Person Specification:
- The successful candidate WILL come from an agency background;
- Experienced public affairs consultant with an existing political and industry network;
- Demonstrable client handling skills;
- Demonstrable new business participation, including the identification of opportunities, pitch creation and pitching;
- A first-class written style and attention to detail is crucial;
- In-depth knowledge of political systems and events;
- An understanding of engaging with media at both the local and national levels.
