An opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled healthcare communications consultant to join a very well respected independent consultancy as an Associate or Director (depending on experience). This is an exciting opportunity to join a consultancy at the top of their game and with an enviable reputation for excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a very strong healthcare background within consultancy, a wide and deep network of contacts across the healthcare landscape, and the ability to go after and win major new business in the sector.

A background in policy led healthcare communications is essential; you may have worked for a major consultancy, in-house for a private healthcare provider, or in the Department of Health.

However, my client is also seeking expertise in corporate communications and media relations in a healthcare context – as the industry tends towards integrated healthcare communications the ability to skilfully conduct media relations in a policy context is key. Some experience of international health issues would be a distinct advantage.
