Established in January 2002, PubAffairs is the premier network and leading resource for the public affairs, government relations, policy and communications industry.

The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

Join the Network

The Allied Health Professions Federation represents 12 member organisations and over 130,000 members working in the UK. It leads on health, social care and education policy affecting all member associations and is the focal point for national consultations by Governments and other national bodies. This exciting vacancy will help the AHPF contribute to raising the profile of AHPs, changing health and social care and improving the health and wellbeing of the nation.

You will be an excellent communicator and influencer, astutely politically aware, with an in depth understanding of the health and social care agenda. You will be familiar with the need to ensure collaboration and consensus, able to think strategically and be tenacious.

You may have a background in a health or social care profession, or in a policy or political role. Whatever your background, however, you will need to be able to work in a challenging but rewarding environment, with the leaders of the 12 professions and the wide variety of national stakeholders the AHPF collaborates with.
