Key skills:

  • Health Policy (desirable);
  • Must have experience of running PR and Public Affairs campaigns.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Development and implementation of a communications strategy;
  • Managing and delivering projects, stakeholder relations and the internal functioning of the charity;
  • Leading the delivery of the charity's strategic objectives;
  • Raising and elevating the profile of the charity.

The Successful Applicant:

  • A track record of developing and implementing high impact communications strategies within a health policy environment;
  • Evidence of strong leadership skills;
  • Have a good understanding of government affairs, parliamentary process and the operation of the NHS;
  • Experience of line and budget management.
