The RAeS is currently looking for an articulate and experienced individual to take on the role of Head of Policy and Public Affairs. This is an exciting role where the post holder will advise on agreed policy areas of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
As part of the this role, you will assist in formulating the RAeS knowledge and information strategy and co-ordinate agreed policy within all sections of the RAeS specifically on matters relating to commercial and defence aerospace and space.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and will have experience in a similar role with knowledge of the aerospace industry.
It is also essential that you have the ability to work on your own initiative and enjoy a public speaking environment, with a solid background in establishing relationships with all media outlets.
