I am recruiting for a Junior Stakeholder Engagement Officer with an energy tech business based in London. You will:
- Identify methods to improve transparency and customer input;
- Manage the feedback loop on key initiatives and capture inputs and commentary;
- Ensure customer views are translated for Executive and Board consideration as part of its decision making;
- Work with the Customer Engagement Team to deliver consistent stakeholder engagement.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience of stakeholder engagement in an in house or agency role;
- Experience in planning and capturing and managing internal/external customer feedback;
- Experience in developing business cases, identifying and building customer benefits;
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Experience of working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the capability of meeting tight deadlines when under pressure;
- Willingness to support, and help develop, an exciting and ever-changing internal culture and approach to work.
