A Policy Advisor (Civil Justice) is required by an internationally recognised organisation based in central London.

The role

This is a great opportunity for an experienced policy professional to develop strategic policy positions on issues relevant to Civil Justice whilst lobbying government and other stakeholders using an evidence-based approach to policy influencing and thought leadership.

Role requirements

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Strong academics, educated to degree level or equivalent;
  • Exposure to public policy concerns in or around the area of Civil Justice;
  • Experience of working in a public policy environment (government, regulatory body, professional/ trade body etc…);
  • Evidence of effective stakeholder engagement and influencing in order to achieve required policy outcomes;
  • Demonstrable experience of dealing with very internal and external stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to distil complex information into easily understandable reports and publications;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
