A Policy & External Affairs Adviser (Health & Social Care) is being sought by an innovation-led trade association, based in central London.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing summaries of key policy documents and supporting the preparation of public policy submissions to government consultations;
- Promotion of positions on key policy areas and events through the use of social media and other channels;
- Support the implementation of a stakeholder engagement strategy;
- Develop thought leadership papers, articles etc. on key issues relating to the health and social care landscape.
This is a busy and varied role that will require strong organisational and time management skills.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Educated to degree-level or equivalent;
- A strong interest in and experience of working in a policy development / public affairs environment in the health and social care space;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and responsibilities;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to grasp complex information and relay to a variety of audiences;
