A Policy Manager (Regulation) is being sought by a unique regulatory organisation for a 9 month fixed term contract.
The role will focus on the development, consultation and delivery of a regulatory policy portfolio to assist the organisation in taking them to the next stage of their operations. This is ground-breaking policy content that will provide the post-holder with exposure to creating a new regulatory environment through detailed policy development work.
Prospective candidates are required to demonstrate the following essential knowledge, skills and experience:
- Significant experience in complex public/regulatory policy development;
- Numeracy, ideally with some experience of economic/financial modelling – expertise in this area is not essential, as a strong economic element in academics could be sufficient;
- Detail oriented with the ability to extrapolate complex policy issues;
- Demonstrable experience of leading/managing projects.
