Established in January 2002, PubAffairs is the premier network and leading resource for the public affairs, government relations, policy and communications industry.

The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

The aim of this role is to assist the Programme Manager to deliver a high-impact international ambassadorial programme and to maximise the associated communication opportunities.

We are recruiting for a graduate preferably in English, Marketing or Communications, who has a few years of work experience under their belt. The candidate needs to be able to communicate well in a variety of ways including media (print and social), to assimilate complex and detailed information into succinct and easy to understand briefing notes and be able to produce impactful presentations, to be able to tell a story through the use of PowerPoint. Strong project management and organisational skills are a must and experience of event management is advantageous. These skills will be required when organising any internal events – this of course can be done with the support of the events team here.

This role would suit a candidate with experience in a Presidential Office already.
