The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association UK Branch (CPA UK) is recruiting for two Project Assistants:
- Multilateral Projects Team (x1) – One year Fixed Term Contract (with the possibility of extension/permanency)
- UK Overseas Territories Project (x1) – One year Fixed Term Contract (with the possibility of extension)
These are exciting roles in a busy and dynamic office in the heart of Parliament. The successful candidates will assist with the administration, planning, organisation, and logistics of projects, conferences, seminars, workshops and forums. International delegate liaison, venue logistics, arranging hospitality and transport and collating information for printing and distribution as well as taking responsibility for other ad hoc tasks as they arise in a diplomatic and sensitive way is also required. It is important that applicants note there is a strong emphasis on administrative work in this role.
