Our team devises and implements communications and public affairs strategies across a number of areas, including strategic and reputational communications for major international clients.
We handle all aspects of strategic communications and reputation management, from brand positioning through to crisis management.
We have an enviable client list of high-profile multinational companies, some of whom operate in heavily regulated arenas.
The role involves day-to-day management of large accounts and/or major project work-streams for global clients.
You will lead and assist on, among other things:
- Developing stakeholder engagement strategies for global companies, helping clients tell their stories in simple, authentic ways;
- Creating compelling content across a range of channels to actively engage critical audiences, both internally and externally;
- Ensuring projects are delivered in a commercially efficient way.
- You will be closely involved in business development, helping to identify and cultivate prospects, and to lead pitches and proposals.
- We are looking for an entrepreneurial individual with proven experience to play a important role within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing key accounts or work-streams within major projects, across FMCG, financial services, infrastructure and property;
- Building contacts at a senior level with clients and providing strategic counsel and advice;
- Drafting high quality written content and narrative to tight deadlines;
- Conducting personal presentations to clients and briefings to key stakeholders in a highly professional manner;
- Assisting in business development, helping to identify and cultivate prospects, and to form a key part of pitches and proposals;
- Line management of members of the team and interns as appropriate.
Qualifications and skills:
The ideal candidate will:
- Have extensive communications experience, ideally gained in an agency/consultancy setting;
- Have a demonstrable expertise in public affairs and corporate communications (experience in financial services, FMCG, infrastructure or property would be a distinct advantage);
- Be experienced in building and delivering multi-channel campaigns to engage business, political, media and consumer audiences;
- Have in-depth knowledge of the UK political process, across Westminster and Whitehall;
- Have the ability to deliver work to the highest quality standards, delivering recommendations that are thoughtful, creative and evidence-based;
- Have proven management skills, with clear examples of personal experience leading projects and teams;
- Have strong personal presentation skills both oral and written.
