A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Stakeholder Engagement Manager with a first class NHS body.
You will:
- Support the Senior Stakeholder Lead (NHS) to design and deliver the sector involvement programme aligned to ensuring it remains relevant and focused on key strategic priorities;
- Proactively manage a stakeholder engagement plan;
- Represent the orgnaisation at events by delivering speeches and presentations, participating in discussions and explaining the work of the directorate;
- Contribute to the development of engaging and accessible content used to deliver the sector involvement programme, ensuring it remains relevant and up to date;
- Contribute to the work of project teams undertaking studies, including by developing stakeholder engagement plans and working with the project team to deliver them.
The Successful Applicant will:
- Have substantial experience working with health sector stakeholders and other experts gained through an operational, policy or public affairs focused environment;
- Be a confident and effective communicator, with strong presenting and drafting skills;
- Have the ability to build credibility and influence senior audiences on complex issues;
- Have an effective collaborative style of working and track record in developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders;
- Posess the ability to employ broad perspective on internal and external issues that may have organisational impact;
- Have good organisational skills and the ability to carry out workflow planning and resourcing with successful track record of project management.
