Established in January 2002, PubAffairs is the premier network and leading resource for the public affairs, government relations, policy and communications industry.

The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

Join the Network

A pivotal role with a highly respected, international consultancy, you’ll be the main point of contact for key financial services clients for whom you’ll develop EU policy and advocacy programmes; monitor, track and analyse the EU legislative agenda; provide intelligence and counsel on  issues and legislation that may impact their business; and identify and build relations with stakeholders.

Experience in financial services is essential long with a keen understanding of the EU legislative and policy landscape, and you’ll point to a track record of building and maintaining relations with officials and stakeholders in Brussels. As ever, strong writing and presentation skills are essential and you’ll be adept at assimilating complex issues and translating into accessible briefs, advising at senior level and providing mentoring and support to more junior members of the team.
