About us
Crisis is the national charity for homeless people. We know that homelessness is not inevitable. We know that together we can end it.
This is your opportunity to join an ambitious and high-performing Policy and External Affairs team. Our exciting programme of campaigns and public affairs influencing builds on the in-depth policy and research findings within Crisis’ Plan to End Homelessness. In 2020 we’re calling for the Vagrancy Act 1824 to be scrapped, for people fleeing domestic abuse to receive priority housing support so they don’t become homeless, and for housing benefit rates to be relinked to the cost of rent. We’ll also be asking candidates in the London Mayoral election to support measures to end homelessness and launching a major new national campaign in Autumn.
This is your chance to be a part of this incredible movement for change.
