The Association for Scottish Public Affairs is the representative body for people working in public affairs, government relations, parliamentary affairs or PR. Since 1998 ASPA's been the voice for in-house members and consultants, in the private, public and third sectors. We speak on the industry's behalf at Parliament and with Government.
