Established in January 2002, PubAffairs is the premier network and leading resource for the public affairs, government relations, policy and communications industry.

The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

Join the Network

MHP’s Corporate Affairs team delivers advice and practical support on business critical positioning. We design and implement compelling campaigns that engage journalists, policy makers, pressure groups, regulators and employees.

We are currently looking for an intern to join this team to support on a range of clients and campaigns. MHP values commitment from our interns and we will be committed to you. That is why our interns are paid the National Living Wage and are with us for an eight week period, on a full-time basis.

We are looking for individuals with an interest in politics, B2B and corporate reputation campaigns. The candidate must display an active interest the media and current affairs. You will ideally be degree educated and previous parliamentary, public affairs and/or PR experience is helpful.

We believe that an internship is more than work experience. It should be the start of your career. Our interns, who are based in MHP’s London office, are an integral part of the team, giving support to our clients and gaining valuable experience themselves. We want commitment from our interns and we will be committed to you. That is why MHP interns are paid slightly more than the national minimum wage and are with us for an eight week period, on a full-time basis.
