This role is ideal for someone with agency experience who wants to develop their career, take a lead role within a small team and think creatively. Established in January 2011 and based in Soho, we are seeking the right candidate to help with all aspects of our business: running client accounts, working with the senior team to develop new business relationships, marketing activities, creating and administering consultation programmes and construction communications, managing team members and much more. You will already have experience of leading accounts but will develop further hands-on experience of every aspect of our business and we will ensure that you will have opportunities to progress your career.

Essential skills:

  • Proven agency experience;
  • Experience in local government, property and planning;
  • Ability to manage existing business and to offer clear, confident advice;
  • Ability to take leadership on account management and project administration;
  • Comfortable working in a small team with limited supervision;
  • Confident and willing to share ideas freely;
  • Clear and concise writing;
  • Well-organised and able to multi-task;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Interest in politics and/or involvement in party politics;
  • Experience in managing team members; and
  • Experience in using social media for campaigning would be an advantage.
