This role is ideal for someone who wants to develop their career, work hard as part of a small team and think creatively. Established in January 2011 and based in Regent Street, we are seeking the right candidate to help with all aspects of our business: running client accounts, working with the senior team to develop new business relationships, developing consultation strategies, managing team members and much more.

You will already have experience of leading accounts but will develop further hands-on experience of every aspect of our business and we will ensure that you will have opportunities to progress your career.

  • Ability to manage existing business and to offer clear, confident advice;
  • Ability to take the initiative;
  • Clear and concise writing;
  • Comfortable working in a small team with limited supervision;
  • Methodical;
  • Well-organised and able to multi-task;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Confident and willing to share ideas freely;
  • Sociable;
  • Experience in local government, property and planning;
  • Interest in politics and/or involvement in party politics;
  • Experience in using social media for campaigning would be an advantage.
