An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Evaluation & Outcomes.

This entails:

  • Primary responsibility for evaluation & outcomes measurement, reporting and analysis of the programme within agreed metrics;
  • Develop and implement a consistent outcomes reporting framework;
  • Identify and critically analyse trends and themes of outcomes;
  • Work with government stakeholders, including BIS and HMT to critically analyse economic models and challenge assumptions;
  • Manage production of regular reporting to various stakeholders including the board, government and the wider sector;
  • Work closely with the Strategy team ensure learning’s of the programme are fed into product development and overall strategy of the organisation.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in outcome measurement and evaluation;
  • Strong understanding of theories of change and impact measurement;
  • Demonstrated experience on producing high quality reports and analysis for a board level audience;
  • Demonstrated experience of analysing government economic modelling;
  • Experience in statistical analysis;
  • An understanding of current government enterprise and small business policy and ambitions.
