An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Evaluation & Outcomes.
This entails:
- Primary responsibility for evaluation & outcomes measurement, reporting and analysis of the programme within agreed metrics;
- Develop and implement a consistent outcomes reporting framework;
- Identify and critically analyse trends and themes of outcomes;
- Work with government stakeholders, including BIS and HMT to critically analyse economic models and challenge assumptions;
- Manage production of regular reporting to various stakeholders including the board, government and the wider sector;
- Work closely with the Strategy team ensure learning’s of the programme are fed into product development and overall strategy of the organisation.
You will have:
- Proven experience in outcome measurement and evaluation;
- Strong understanding of theories of change and impact measurement;
- Demonstrated experience on producing high quality reports and analysis for a board level audience;
- Demonstrated experience of analysing government economic modelling;
- Experience in statistical analysis;
- An understanding of current government enterprise and small business policy and ambitions.
