We're looking for a Parliamentary Officer to join our dynamic and award-winning Parliamentary and Stakeholder Engagement team. You'll help us ensure that the RCN's influence in Parliament and with other key stakeholders is as strong as possible.

With 430,000 members, the RCN is the largest professional association and union of nursing staff and students in the UK. We're proud to be a leading player in the development of health and nursing policy and practice.

As a member of a small and energetic team, you will help provide a fast and efficient parliamentary office service, develop and manage relationships with ministers, MPs, peers and other key stakeholders in order to influence on behalf of nursing. You will also provide parliamentary input into RCN events and projects and give advice to staff and members about political developments and implications for nursing.

From attending Party Conferences with senior staff and elected members, to supporting members to give evidence to select committees, this is an exciting and varied role.
