The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

Are you an experienced policy or public affairs professional looking to progress your career?

Cambridge-based health policy think-tank the PHG Foundation seeks a talented and enthusiastic Policy Analyst to join the external affairs team. To help us make science work for health, you will operate across the organisation to inform our understanding, enhance our visibility and influence among decision-makers and stakeholders, and maximise the impact of our work in public policy.

This role offers considerable opportunity for the right candidate, including representing the Foundation and our policy positions in Westminster and beyond; strengthening our advocacy and campaigning functions, and supporting the work of the All Party Parliamentary Group on Personalised Medicine.

The successful candidate will have proven experience working in policy and/or public affairs and have a strong grasp of UK policy pertaining to science, innovation and healthcare.

We offer a friendly, multi-disciplinary working environment and an excellent benefits package.

  • Salary in the range £29k - £36k p.a. plus benefits (more may be available for an exceptional candidate);
  • Full or part-time, minimum 26 hours per week;
  • Fixed Term contract for three years.
