Key Responsibilities
This role will work closely with the Associate Director for External Affairs, CHAS CEO and the senior leadership team. The Policy and Public affairs Manager will:
- Support the delivery of CHAS’s influencing strategy;
- Support CHAS’s engagement with parliamentarians, local government, policy makers, civil servants and other stakeholders;
- Ensure that CHAS develops and delivers on our policy and advocacy strategy.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic individual and excellent communicator with strong analytical skills. In order to help us achieve our mission while representing the interests of the children and families we support, you will have:
- Strong policy experience;
- A proven record of developing and delivering successful public affairs programmes;
- The ability to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- A commitment to working with volunteers.
