An international, large-scale financial organisation is working with Electus to procure a public affairs officer to join their team on a permanent basis in their London office.
An ideal candidate will have:
- Solid knowledge and background within Public Affairs;
- Ability to ‘hit the ground running’ and, from day one, take on key work;
- The capability to take on core role responsibilities quickly and efficiently;
- Be ambitious, with the ability to use their initiative;
- Have an aptitude to working well under pressure, managing a number of tasks at once;
- Excellent written and communication skills;
- Training as a junior executive at an agency previously would be desirable.
Role accountabilities:
- A successful candidate would be responsible for their core parliamentary engagement;
- You would play an integral part in contributing towards running a major campaign;
- Organising and running a number of key events;
- Assist in the organisation of an ‘all party’ group;
- Participate in public affairs within Europe and Asia.
