The organisation:
Young Enterprise – an education charity, with the mission "to inspire and equip young people to learn and succeed through enterprise."
The role:
- To promote and deliver the Young Enterprise 5 Skills Campaign alongside the Head of Advocacy and External Affairs;
- To develop and implement a national and local public affairs strategy, including political monitoring and drafting briefing papers for colleagues;
- To manage and deliver Young Enterprise presence at public affairs and campaign events such as party conferences & to develop relationships with think tanks.
The candidate:
- Proven successful experience in public affairs, public policy and campaigning;
- Excellent communication skills including public speaking, influencing and leadership;
- Highly effective account management and project management skills.
