Which? is a consumer champion. We work to make things better for consumers. Our advice helps them make informed decisions. Our campaigns make people's lives fairer, simpler and safer. Our services and products put consumers' needs first to bring them better value.

You probably know something about Which? already. We’re the people who test everything from dishwashers to digital cameras. We’re the people who stand up for consumers. We’re the people who offer expert, independent advice.

What you’ll be doing

Playing a key role in the Campaigns Team, we have an opportunity for a Senior Campaigner to manage the planning, development and delivery of our campaigns to achieve sustainable positive change for consumers. Working with our talented Campaign Managers, you will establish strong relationships with a range of stakeholders, ensure a collaborative approach across all your campaigning activity and represent Which? at high level external events and meetings.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for creative change specialists who are capable of finding the most direct and effective route to change. You will use a range of campaigning techniques and utilise your excellent communications skills to plan and deliver change via political, business or consumer action. You will need to identify and develop relationships with decision makers to lobby to affect positive change for consumers, and be able to manage and maintain momentum across multiple campaigns.

You will be comfortable expressing complex policy solutions in a straightforward manner, have knowledge of campaigning best practice and understand the political and regulatory levers for change.

What we offer

We’ll expect a lot of you, but you can expect just as much in return. Which? has one of the most comprehensive rewards packages around — one that includes a generous pension scheme, 28 days’ holiday, private medical insurance after 6 months service, free life assurance, interest-free season ticket loan and much more besides.
