Our client is a leading pharmaceutical and life sciences company whose innovative research and scientific excellence benefits millions around the world. They are now looking to recruit a senior individual for the Government Affairs and Policy team. The successful applicant will represent the business at the highest level in the healthcare policy environment, engaging with key decision makers and enabling patient access to an exciting portfolio of innovative medicines.

In this strategically important role, you will develop and implement a government affairs and policy programme to reach stakeholders, patient groups and the NHS. This is a critical hire for the business.You will report to and work closely with the Corporate Affairs Director. With significant policy and public affairs experience, ideally with some experience working in the pharmaceutical industry, you will have demonstrable experience influencing and working with DoH, NHSE, ABPI and EMG and engaging with parliamentarians and government officials and NICE.  

Salary: Up to £70,000 + 15% Bonus, Company Bonus, Car Allowance £6,600 + 10% Pension
