Graduate Kick Start takes a graduate and turns them into an adviser who can work across all four of our practices – built environment, infrastructure, litigation & crisis, and public affairs – in twelve months.
This isn’t a shadowing scheme. From week one you’re doing real, billable work for real clients, with the support in place to make sure you’re never out of your depth and the stretch to make sure you’re never coasting.
You’ll also learn to use AI properly from the very start, through our in-house Vanguard programme.
How you’ll be supported:
- A Personal Development Plan.
- Lowick Hedry Academy.
- A buddy for the day-to-day.
- Quarterly reviews against a competency framework spanning all four practices.
What we’re looking for:
- A creative thinker and a clear writer.
- A real interest in politics, policy, and social issues.
- Experience making a difference in the world around us.
- Ownership and initiative whether in work, studies, or extracurricular.
Complete the programme and you move into a permanent Consultant role, on a path to running your own accounts.
