Instinctif Partners has announced it is extending its UK Public Policy offering by acquiring London based consultancy Champollion.

Champollion, which will integrate within the Public Policy practice, specialises in public affairs, media relations and digital communications. They have a client base across a number of sectors with particular expertise with international NGOs, innovative corporates and higher education institutions.

The acquisition will see the whole Champollion team move into Instinctif’s London office with Simon Buckby and Estelle McCartney joining as Managing Partners under the leadership of Senior Managing Partner Warwick Smith.

Richard Nichols, CEO of Instinctif Partners, said: “We’ve been aware of Champollion’s fantastic reputation and first-class client work for many years so we are really pleased to be welcoming the team to Instinctif Partners. The expertise that Champollion brings complements our already strong public policy offering and bridges into our corporate practice with complementary skills, driving our interconnected proposition. Along with the organic growth we have consistently seen at Instinctif for the past decade, this is another step on our journey to becoming a world-leading international business communications consultancy.”
