The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

Dafydd Rees, former Head of Business News at Sky, joined Newgate Communications on 17th July as a partner.

Rees has thirty years of frontline news management experience at the BBC, Sky and Bloomberg in the worlds of business and finance. He will provide senior level counsel to UK and international clients, and specialises in strategic communications, crisis and issues management and leadership development.

Prior to joining Newgate, Rees worked closely with the former Prime Minister Tony Blair. He is the author of two major evidence-based studies on the policy and regulatory challenges of the UK leaving the EU. As one of the UK’s leading broadcast business journalists Rees has directed the coverage and analysis of most of the major corporate and global markets crises of the past decade. As Head of Bloomberg TV he also oversaw the launch of international business partnerships across Europe and the Middle East, and at Sky pioneered the creation of multi-platform digital content.
