The PubAffairs network numbers over 4,000 members and is free to join. PubAffairs operates a general e-Newsletter, as well as a number of other specific group e-Newsletters which are also available to join by completing our registration form.

The PubAffairs e-Newsletters are used to keep members informed about upcoming PubAffairs events and networking opportunities, job vacancies, public affairs news, training courses, stakeholder events, publications, discount offers and other pieces of useful information related to the public affairs and communications industry.

Do you have a passion for public affairs and want to make a real impact?

Inflect is a fast-growing public affairs and strategic communications agency, that is looking for a talented and driven Account Executive to join our team in London.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across the UK, helping them navigate the ever-evolving political landscape and deliver real impact nationally and at a devolved level via our specialist devolution offer, Devo@Inflect.

What you will do:

  • Providing high-quality written work for our clients and the team;
  • Support the delivery of high-quality public affairs and communication campaigns;
  • Conduct research and prepare briefings on relevant political and policy issues;
  • Engaging and maintaining good relationships with clients, including face-to-face and virtual meetings;
  • Work with senior members of the team to help generate new business.

What you will bring:

  • A can-do attitude and the desire to get stuck in;
  • Proven experience (preferred);
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail;
  • A demonstrable interest in UK politics, with a particular focus on devolution (desirable);
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
