Hinton Advisers is a small independent agency offering specialist health policy and public affairs advice to clients across the life science ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and build your career with an agency that’s investing in its people from the start.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality support across client accounts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring political and policy developments both in the UK and globally;
- Conducting stakeholder mapping and policy research;
- Producing clear, insightful briefings and policy materials;
- Supporting day-to-day account logistics and meeting preparation;
- Attending events and engaging with stakeholders to build your own network;
- Contributing to new business proposals and pitch development.
What we're looking for
We are seeking someone with a strong interest in politics, health policy and public affairs who combines excellent writing skills with sharp research and analytical abilities. You should be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities and confident in contributing to client and stakeholder conversations.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and keen to roll up their sleeves and help us to grow. You will have a start-up ‘can do’ attitude and be interested in offering new and creative ideas while contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment. We are a team that works together to bring new ideas to address our client’s challenges and improve our ways of working.
We are seeking a candidate with a strong academic background (minimum 2.1 undergraduate degree) and ideally with previous relevant experience.
What we offer
We provide a competitive package designed to reward and support our people, including:
- £31,000 salary, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 10%;
- 6% employer pension contribution;
- Private medical care, life assurance and critical illness cover;
- Hybrid working (3 days a week in our central London office) and option to be fully remote in August;
- 25 days’ holiday plus an additional day for your birthday;
- Christmas to New Year office closure (in addition to annual leave entitlement);
- 09:00 – 17:30 office hours, with an early finish on Fridays.
If you’re ready to help shape health policy as part of a supportive, ambitious and forward-thinking team, we’d love to hear from you.
