Hinton Advisers is seeking an experienced, confident and strategically minded Account Manager to play a leading role in client work across the UK and global health policy landscapes. What you'll do

As an Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of client relationships and delivery, acting as a trusted adviser across a range of health policy, public and government affairs briefs. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading day-to-day client engagement and managing both specific components of accounts as well as full account management;
  • Developing policy briefings, reports, and strategy documents;
  • Providing political and policy insight across UK and international health systems to clients in a clear and impactful manner;
  • Designing and delivering stakeholder engagement strategies;
  • Supporting new business development, including proposal writing and playing a central role in pitches.

What we're looking for

We are seeking someone to join the team in early Q4 2026, with proven experience in health policy, public affairs or a related field, with the ability to step confidently into a client-facing role.

What we offer

We provide a competitive package designed to reward and support our people, including:

  • £41,000 to £49.000 salary DOE, plus an annual performance bonus;
  • 6% employer pension contribution;

  • Hybrid working (3 days a week in our central London office) and option to be fully remote in August;
  • 25 days holiday plus an additional day for your birthday;
  • Christmas to New Year office closure (in addition to annual leave entitlement);
  • 09:00 – 17:30 office hours, with an early finish on Fridays.
