An independent public affairs consultancy is working with Electus to find a Director to join their leadership team and focus on servicing corporate accounts. The consultancy is growing rapidly following over ten years of successful campaigning and counsel on behalf of an impressive list of clients. Our client is eager to find an experienced and politically-astute public affairs and communications professional to advise and lead on corporate accounts.

As the ideal candidate you will have significant experience working in a public affairs capacity for, or on behalf of multinationals and large organisations across multiple market verticals. Political aptitude drawn from multiple years' experience working or operating in Westminster politics is an essential quality.

As a result, well-established networks across the political spectrum will be expected, as is the ability to translate the impact of political issues into relevant, understandable counsel for your clients.

The ability to develop business, either through bringing clients from a previous consultancy or growing new accounts is a core purpose of the role. As such, demonstrable success in this area is a compulsory requirement of being considered for the position. Any identifiable experience of servicing corporate accounts will be highly relevant.
